Working at unadox
The founders of the company enjoyed working before in few other companies and always wanted to share this experience again. The company culture has been crafted with a co-respect to each other, skills and experience. Nevertheless, we question ourselves everyday day - if we can do more? We hate using over-used words like "team", so we call ourselves simply a "family".
Vacations and work hours
We don't count your days spent on vacation and hours you've worked. We all contribute to the common success. Does not matter if you reply your email from the train, office, home or from some nice place near sea and palms. We are trying to minimize the number of those emails anyway.
Flat organization
We cultivate a culture of flat organization. You can and should be able to talk to anyone, ask any questions, challenge the authorities and comfort zones. Critical thinking is a key. Otherwise we can turn into the same kind of companies, that each of us were trying to escape from.
