Over the last two decades, Nikita held engineering and managerial positions in a number of multinational companies, like Gemalto, sicap (Swisscom) and Yandex. In 2002, Nikita pioneered one of the first AI-based trading systems connected to NASDAQ. His product and project management skills were essential at all stages of the unadox inception. Today Nikita is leading unadox from business perspective, including product development. Nikita holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science and Software Engineering.

Jérôme is technological visionaire in FinTech with intensive startup experience. He takes care of all technical aspects in company, including software development using modern techniques and methodologies. Academically, Jerome comes from French silicon valley, graduated with high honours Engineer's Degree in industrial engineering and innovation management from Grenoble Institute of Technology.

Jan has gained his experience in the roles of CxO serving Swiss companies for over three decades, starting his career at Ascom and PwC. He founded and co-founded a number of companies and is also a well-known player in the Swiss start-up scene: speaker, coach, former director of Business Angels Switzerland and co-founder and board member in the Swiss ICT Investor Club (SICTIC). Jan joined unadox as an advisory member to help bringing an early stage company off the ground to secure first successes. He holds a Master of Arts from the University of Zürich.

As an independent advisor to the board, Dr. Chadyuk is actively involved in issues of business planning and corporate governance at unadox. Over the last 20 years, he held a number of senior positions in multinational corporations and has several years of experience as an independent board director. He holds two Masters degrees in Electronics Engineering (1993) and Computer Systems Design (1995) from the National Technical University of Ukraine and a PhD in Psychology (2013) from Walden University (Minneapolis, MN).

Over the years Mr. Mannhart has successfully led a Swiss company in a sector of B2B corporate services in Telemarketing and Customer Care Services domains within DACH region and the rest of the Europe. As an independent advisor to the board he is involved into consultancy activity in the area of customer acquisition, enterprise sales and near-shoring. Marco holds a degree from University of Zurich, Faculty of Banking and Finance.

Dmitry possess over decade of experience in ICT testing and integration. Holding a Master of Computer Science Degree from reputable Russian State Technological University named after K.E. Tsiolkovsky (MATI) he also shares a passion to startups and new solutions, which help to make a life easier. Dmitry is also a big enthusiast in electronics and movies.

Mikhail is highly experienced software engineer, who has contributed to the company's product development at the very early stage. His passion is modern technologies, server-side programming, networks and machine learning. Mikhail holds Bachelor's Degree in marketing and information technologies.
